This Sponsorship Campaign initiative was inspired by the work of Dr. Julie Silver, who created the “Sponsorship Party”
to promote visibility and equity in academic advancement. Our Sponsorship Campaign invites MasterMind Scholars to think strategically
about their career goals, articulate key “Sponsorship Asks”, and activate their networks to pursue them.
By participating, you help amplify their visibility and create access to opportunities that may not otherwise be available within their
current institutional or professional networks.
