โบ The second major factor highlighted by Dr. Silver was ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ป๐ด๐ถ๐ป๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐๐. In a separate study of 366 physicians, 99% of whom were women, the lower number of belonging factors experienced, the greater their reported likelihood of leaving (Schaechter, et al., 2023).
